Who is this video series for?
This series is designed for women who are survivors of domestic violence, childhood abuse, and/or spiritual abuse. If you've ever wondered what you would say to your younger self — or if you're looking for compassionate, faith-informed guidance on your healing journey — this is for you.
How long are the videos?
Each session varies in length, but they are designed to be digestible and meaningful. You can watch them all at once or spread them out over days or weeks — whatever feels right for your healing journey.
Is this faith-based content?
Yes. Our speakers are Christian women who approach healing through a faith-informed lens. However, the content is also grounded in therapeutic best practices including attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care.
What if I'm not ready to watch all the sessions?
That's completely okay. You have long-term access to the videos, so you can go at your own pace. Healing isn't linear, and we honor wherever you are in your journey.
