With thousands of hours spent listening to, reading, and curating resources for survivors, Heather brings a unique blend of compassion, lived experience, and deep knowledge to her work. She is abuse-informed, trauma-informed, and nervous system-informed—with a special focus on nervous system regulation to help women find safety in their own bodies again.
Heather facilitates a thriving Facebook community of over 4,000 members through Held & Healed: Christian Women Rebuilding After Abuse, offering a safe space for connection, validation, and growth.
